- Worked with the Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs on the development of a large bronze plaque honoring the service of the Coast Guard and its predecessor services along Wisconsin’s three “coasts”: Lake Michigan, Lake Superior, and the Mississippi River. Regent Bob Desh was the MC at the dedication ceremony.
- Continued sponsorship of Coast Guard History Award to the Honor Graduate of each Chief Warrant Officer Professional Development Class.
- Published three issues of The Cutter, FCGH’s magazine.
